Craving ChangeTM

workshop-Created by Registered Dietitian Wendy Shah & Clinical Psychologist Dr. Colleen Cannon, Craving Change® is a cognitive-behavioural program designed to tackle problematic eating & to help individuals develop a healthier relationship with food. Individuals who take the Craving Change® course will discover reasons for eating the way they do & learn to take steps to change their problematic eating habits.
