Craving ChangeTM
workshop-Created by Registered Dietitian Wendy Shah & Clinical Psychologist Dr. Colleen Cannon, Craving Change® is a cognitive-behavioural program designed to tackle problematic eating & to help individuals develop a healthier relationship with food. Individuals who take the Craving Change® course will discover reasons for eating the way they do & learn to take steps to change their problematic eating habits.
Please note – this program will NOT explore diets, what to eat, when to eat or how much to eat & will not discuss diabetes management or diabetes medications.
Free Craving Change® Program – Virtual & In-Person Sessions Available
Our Outreach Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, who is also a Certified Craving Change® Facilitator, is offering this FREE program. Priority will be given to those individuals currently enrolled in a medical bariatric program as well as for individuals with diabetes. For those interested in pursuing bariatric surgery, completing Craving Change® is strongly recommended.

- Thursday, November 20, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Virtual)
- Thursday, December 11, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (In-person at St Marys Memorial Hospital)
At this time, we are unable to offer the program after 4:00 pm. Please check with your primary care provider to see if any other Craving Change® programs are being offered in your area.
